How long does it take to translate your average document?
A professional translator translates at a rate of 2,000 words per day, conservatively. However, along with Quality Control and the type of project involved we would estimate that a 2,000-word document should take 3 days to complete at the earliest.
Will my document be translated by a team or by just one translator?
We decide on the number of translators by evaluating the length of the document and how much time you have. Whether we use a team or one translator, you can rest assured that you will get congruent thinking and consistent results throughout the document.
Do you provide certified translations?
We most definitely do.
How many languages do you translate?
We translate in more than 200 languages,including many that are obscure and uncommon. However, the languages we translate most frequently are English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Hindi, Italian and Brazilian Portuguese.
What happens if I want changes to my corporate translation document?
We provide a 30-day window of free changes to your document for minor alterations. After this time the translator will have to re-examine the document to make changes and a nominal fee applies. If you are adding additional material or making substantive changes, we'll quote you accordingly.
Can you translate my technical document?

Do you provide me with a final copy of my manual with pictures, formatting and all?
We provide print-ready translation services. When we deliver the file, it should be ready for print.
What design programs does your translation agency work with?
We use a variety of programs. The most common are InDesign and FrameMaker.
