Translation Process

Our goal with every project is to deliver an accurate quality translation. We are exacting about following our procedures both outside and through our database systems. This eliminates any human error by ensuring that the steps of our exclusive internal process are followed to maximize efficiency.

Our translation process involves the following stages:

Once we have a signed contract we plan out the project, including the number of translators required
We select the best matches from our database ofavailabletranslators
We have the best matches complete tests to ensure that they are right for the project
As we put together the team we ensure that a glossary is shared among all the translators
Each translator is assigned a section of the project, and we work to ensure the minimum number of translators are used to promote maximum consistency
One translator takes on the role of organizer and works with ourproject manager to bring together the document and review it for consistency
Once amalgamated, the project is reviewed by a separate translator who didn't work on the original project to provide a set of fresh eyes
The project manager ensures the process stays on track and reviews the final project to ensure its completion
Our desktop publishing team, if needed, takes over and completes their task
Once desktop publishing is completed, another round of quality control review ensures the design hasn't affected the quality of the final document
After one last review the project managerdelivers the final document to the client
